The story of Prem Constructions begins, not in Pune but in Dubai. The main founder of this company is late. Narumal Khushaldas Bellara in 1992. He decided to come to Pune in search of a vocation.

Rohiet Bellaraa is the Director of Prem Constructions. He holds a Bachelors in Business Administration from Symbiosis University and has a fresh new experience in handling the company’s technical, legal and execution activities and extensively contributes his technical and legal expertise in property development and construction business.
